Currently, we offer standard sizes that fit most residential and commercial spaces. Our murals are printed on demand, allowing us to maintain exceptional quality control from our Atlanta studio. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship worldwide! However, due to shipping limitations, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL/FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your mural leaves our Atlanta studio. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way until your artistic transformation arrives at your door.
What if my mural arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging each mural, but if yours arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your mural! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 15 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs). The product must be in its original, unopened condition. Please contact our customer care team to initiate a return.
Can I exchange my mural for a different design?
Yes! Within the 15-day return window, you may exchange your mural for another design of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the new mural will ship once we receive and inspect the returned item. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We apologize for any mistakes! If you receive an incorrect mural, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of what you received. We’ll expedite the correct item to you at no additional charge.
