We stand behind the quality of our peel-and-stick wallpaper murals and offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Whether you’re returning our floral designs or exchanging a world map wallpaper, we’re here to help.
Designer’s Note: Like preparing your walls before applying our murals, please keep all original packaging and ensure items are in resalable condition for returns.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Any special instructions for your specific mural (such as our kids wallpaper murals or large-scale art wallpapers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your return securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you about:

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for your new mural selection.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the artistic integrity of our collections, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-sized murals (including made-to-order commercial project installations)
- Opened rolls of wallpaper that have been cut or altered
- Items marked as “Final Sale” in our Sale section
